This is something of a historic production for us – coverage of the Ironman triathlon race in New Zeakand in 2008 for Shine TV’s Nzone Tonight program. What made it a bit special for the StormyDog team was that half of the Stormydog team – Annette – was competing in the gruelling race. Cameraman Ben O’Hanlon’s work with a steadicam which he designed and built himself not only gave a fantastic sense of the action in the race but attracted a lot of attention from some of the other cameramen covering the event. This low-res version is the only surviving copy.
